ChubbyDeal Refund, Resend & Returns Policy

At ChubbyDeal, we’re committed to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. Please review our Refund, Resend, and Returns Policy to understand how we handle your orders.

⚠️ All disputes must be submitted through the appropriate platform. Failure to do so may result in permanent account suspension.


✅ What Qualifies for Refund, Resend, or Return

We will process a refund, resend, or return in the following cases:


1. Order Delays

Orders with missing tracking info or pending status for extended periods:

  • USA: 45 days after departure

  • Brazil: 110 days after departure (due to customs delays)

  • Other Countries: 60–100 days depending on shipping method

📌 Note: Orders may be delayed due to collection requirements or address issues. Please check with your local post office.


2. Orders Not Received

  • If tracking shows the item as delivered, we cannot provide a refund/resend.

  • If the customer has not received the order, a non-delivery certificate from the local post office is required.

  • If tracking shows issues like an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, contact your local post office.


3. Damaged Products

  • Full refund or replacement for severely damaged items

  • Partial refund or replacement for minor damage (e.g., small scratches, wrinkles)

📌 Note:

  • Refunds for packaging damage are not offered due to international transit conditions

  • Electronics claims must be made within 30 days of delivery


4. Incorrect or Missing Products

  • Full refund or replacement for wrong items

  • Partial refund/resend for missing parts that don’t affect functionality

  • Full resend if missing parts affect product function

📸 Note: Please provide a photo with measurements for size issues to speed up processing.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Full refund if canceled before processing or shipping

  • No cancellation for customized or pre-order items after payment is processed


🔍 How to Submit a Dispute

Include the following to help us resolve your issue:

  • Clear photos or videos of any damage

  • Screenshots of customer complaints (name, date, and complaint content)

  • Return the product if requested


⚠️ Important Notes & Exceptions

1. Dispute Deadlines

  • Disputes must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.


2. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Customs delays

  • War, strikes, or civil unrest


3. Shipping Method Restrictions

Disputes may not be honored for shipping methods without tracking.


4. Delivery Location Restrictions

We may not accept disputes for certain countries due to unstable delivery networks or long delays. These include, but are not limited to:

Examples: Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, Afghanistan, North Korea, Syria, etc. (Full list available upon request)


5. Returns

  • Returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service

  • Unauthorized returns will not be refunded

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt

  • High international return shipping costs may make returns impractical


6. Service-Based Products

Services (e.g., digital, packaging, or customization) are non-refundable once completed. We do not accept disputes for quality unless pre-inspection was agreed upon.


7. Unacceptable Disputes

We will not accept disputes for:

  • Change of mind

  • Product “looks different than expected” without clear quality issues

  • Odor complaints unless quality is affected

  • Buyer errors (wrong SKU, incorrect address)

  • Customs rejection or failure to clear by the recipient

  • Third-party logistics issues that remove or alter tracking info


📘 Interpretation Guidelines

1. Dispute Deadline Enforcement

  • Disputes cannot be opened if the order status is marked “closed”

  • Disputes may be denied if third-party tracking cannot be verified

2. Shipping Limitations

Some shipping methods (e.g., PostNL, CJPacket) may not provide tracking in specific countries. We will notify you of these risks during checkout.
